Beginning in 2025, we will be refining our offerings to focus on select fencing products available to our residential clients. Specifically, we will no longer provide Ornamental Iron and Vinyl fence installations for residential customers.
Please rest assured that the warranties of our previous customers will remain unaffected by this change. Additionally, we will continue to offer our full range of services to our commercial and industrial clients.
I would like to take a moment to explain the rationale behind this decision. In 2024, residential Ornamental iron and Vinyl fencing projects represented less than 8% of our total completed projects. This limited engagement is largely attributed to the higher material costs associated with Vinyl and Ornamental Iron fences, in comparison to Chain Link and Wood Privacy options.
Moving forward, we aim to concentrate our efforts on the areas where demand for our services is strongest, which has proven to be in Wood Privacy and Chain Link fencing.
